Opening
to Meditation contains a simple,
user-friendly book and a 50-minute CD
that guide us, gently and easily, into
meditation.
The book has three sections:
•The
art of meditation
• How to practice
• Common questions.
The CD has an Introduction followed
by two guided meditations:
"Opening" and "Deepening."
